I have been powerlifting for about 5 years so I'm still new to the whole scene. Plus there was a period of about 12 months where I have been nursing an injury so my numbers have gone down. Because of thi I don't compete or anything but I just enjoy throwing big numbers up on the squat, bench, and deadlift. Are there and SSOers that powerlift.
