Just came out this week. Very adventurous black metal album that I'm currently enjoying the hell out of.

This was had a good amount of blackened death/dissonance and had proggressive/djenty parts in a way that I actually really enjoyed. Good execution. Thanks for bringing so many god damn great bands to my attention. You and @KailM are the kings of new album releases.

EP and LP of the year and it's only February. Was listening to this all weekend. 20BuckSpin managed to ship vinyls before the release date, hopefully a sign that those supply chain issues are subsiding.

That Cattle Decap song is indeed totally awesome! Listened to it twice in a row, got instant goosebumps. Not gonna listen more as the album's still few months away and I want to "save" it. Love this band, simply put.

Yup, nothing "new" there, but still awesome. It sounds like it could've been on Death Atlas, but that album is awesome throughout so I don't mind. Instant pre-order here, the only issue I have with it is that it looks like the only CD option will come in a jewelcase and I hate those, but if that's what it takes then I'll just have to accept that.

This rules my airwaves right now. As soon as the "singles" came out I anticipated it would be an AOTY contender. FWIW, it's holding the lead. Exactly what I wanted to be hearing right now and I didn't even know it.

Ditto. I did a whole leg day routine with this track on repeat. It sounds so freaking good, dynamically opposed to Ulthar, but likely to be on the AOTY list too.

I'm way more excited for these than any big band releases this year. Damnit I love death metal.
