:nuts: yeah,, i guess that would be the 3rd thing. That extra bit of fretboard looks awkward. Plus, it would give a bigger gap between the pickups, not to mention probably a better over all tone from the neck pickup.. but oh well, I'm still extremely happy with it. :cool:
Just got this yesterday! It's a b-stock, but the fretboard cracks are almost non-existent. This is my first multi-scale, neck through, ebony fretboard, active pickups and second 7 string (the other being an 1999 Ibanez RG421BK, that possumkiller currently has.)
