    :nuts: yeah,, i guess that would be the 3rd thing. That extra bit of fretboard looks awkward. Plus, it would give a bigger gap between the pickups, not to mention probably a better over all tone from the neck pickup.. but oh well, I'm still extremely happy with it. :cool:

    :agreed: I love that design. I'm not fond of the inline reverse headstock. Another reason I bit the bullet and got this one.
