The government making decisions in this case is a great idea, nobody should be named anything like "Failure", "Satan", a slur or anything like that. I don't see how you could argue those sorts of names (for example) are fair to the child at all.

Oooh, I'm super excited for this. Pelican was pretty much the first 'post-metal' band that I got into and I love the genre now so they have a special place in my heart :)
My 7 is tuned AEAC#EBE right now, which I'm pretty sure can be considered Open A add9. It makes a lot of jazzy type chords super easy to play, and just strumming the top 5 strings with the low A as accents sounds super awesome!
