    Would getting a personal in-ear monitor setup work on stage?

    If you get a transmitter/receiver you can just give it to whom ever is doing FOH and have a full band mix. They can unplug the monitor on your side of the stage and plug the iem in. That's what I've done, i'm just getting our full band into the iem world.

    I built a 212 cab out of pine and it has pretty good low end on it. For the cab I got dimensions on an orange 212 and used those, could probably do the same for a 112. I wouldnt use standard ply just because of all the voids it typically has, but then again i'm not a cab builder so that's pure...

    I know I've seen a couple of threads of people asking what people use for iem/light rigs but im curious to see some pictures of those rigs. Post them here. (if this isn't allowed mods please delete) I'm in the process of building an iem/ lighting rig for my band. We are a pop punk cover band...

    What are you using for inserts? you could always dowel the holes in the neck, clamp the neck to the body where you want it and then redrill. just my :2c:

    Does anyone know if I can get an Os with out it being fanned fret? I've tried a couple small fans and its not my thing I want just a 25.5" scale 20" radius, from looking on ola website its seems like id have to have one custom made.

    Haven't posted on this in while. Had a set back that frustrated me enough to walk away from the project for awhile but its back to being close to finished. Has issues with clear coating and had to end up sanding it all back down and had tore stain/ clear coat so now its sitting curing again...

    Thanks man! It's a 5 piece maple/ mahogany neck through with mahogany wings and a flame maple top and maple fretboard. I love the combo plus it's readily available around here for pretty cheap I'm hijacking my own thread

    welll its like a book case... only bigger size comparison for you Im hoping I can get most of those guitars finished up in the new couple weeks. Really a good thing i only build for myself people would have to wait a long time to get one from me hahah :scratch:
