We use 13 ply birch, dado construction, we hard wire our speakers, we get our cabinets sprayed by Rhino lining, we offer both celestion vintage 30s and eminence governors, a metal grill, and we use switch craft jacks. The cabinet that would do what you were looking for in a 2x12, would actually be found in our 1x12. Our 1x12 is most definitely louder than a traditional 2x12.
