This castle is Neuschwanstein. It was built by King Ludwig II during the 1800s in Germany. He used taxpayer dollars to fund his personal desire to live in a realm of fantasy. I believe he was somewhat frustrated that he didn't hold the power of some of the kings of old. It's actually the second in a series of three built (though this and the last one were never finished). I saw this and the others when I visited Germany with a school program over the summer.

It was quite an impressive place. We weren't allowed to photograph the interior, unfortunately. Still an entirely worthwile trip, however.

I am going off to college in the fall, so I can't guarantee that I'll be around then. I'll see what I can do though.

I'm still trying to figure out what "castle" you're referring to.
