That white line is just a light reflection off of the gloss finish. As for the heel it's not bad, I never really notice it when I start climbing the higher frets and often I rest my hand on it when I'm just kind of holding the guitar.
The only flaws are minor, couple routed edges aren't perfect and a little residue on the fretboard (not noticeable unless you're 2 inch from the fretboard). The frets are good, no ringing out or anything. The case is a Crossrock, I've never heard of them, it's an alright case but was thinking...
Technically I got this sweet guitar a few months ago, just getting around to posting it now. The pics are from the first day though. I have to say I am impressed with the quality of this guitar, it took longer than the quoted time by a few months but honestly I was expecting that.

It really is all about ease of changing the strings. I struggled for years with a floyd rose, and dreaded restringing or even tuning. Hard tail/locking tuners are the best combo for me!
