I have an HD500X coming Monday... I'm more of a medium gain alt-rock player, hope I'm able to get some good sounds. There's not many good demos out there similar to what I do. I had an HD500 when they first came out but sold it quickly. The last modeler I owned was an Axe FX II but didn't get...
I have a previous account that I can't log into. I believed I knew the password but it worn accept it. I also apparently don't know what email it was made with because none of my emails seem to reset it. Is there any way to recover the account? I PM'd an admin but so far no response.
Almost all cabs are less than 500 used. I've owned VHT, Diezel, Mesa, Orange, Avatar, And Vader, and never paid over 500 until undecided to get a brand new Orange 2x12. Just keep shopping, 4x12s aren't easy to sale so deals aren't hard to find.
One more question... does JamUp have any Orange models, or is there a list where we could see what models are included in the plugin and the expansion pack?
Sorry guys, no used gear this time around, but thanks for the input! I was playing a DSL100H the other day. It seemed to have more gain than I need on the heavy channels, and only a hair too thin on the cleaner channel with crunch engaged. It could possibly do the trick with the right...
Dual Rectifier isn't within the budget, and the 50 Caliber is not available new. I don't know too much about Jet City amps, that's something to look into.
I need an amplifier head that works well with vintage 30s, at least 30-40 watts or more, and has a dark tonality, with thickness to the distortion. I can spend only 1000 in store prices. Oranges are perfect IMO, but too expensive at the moment. I'm thinking an Egnater Tweaker 88 but looking...
Okay, I get this can record to a computer if you use a 1/8 to 1/4 plug into an interface, but is there any way to record guitar only tracks directly to the JamUp app? So if I come up with an idea I want to save quickly and am sitting around on the couch or sown thing, not wanting to being up a...
It was actually Jocke himself that posted that information somewhere when people were discussing Meshuggah's IRs. I can't remember if it was on Sneap, FAS, or what. The Obzen recording was with the Chinese mic, but there were IRs made from it and are floating around online. It's been awhile so...
It was a Vetta and Line 6 cabinet, the mic was some unknown Chinese cheapo. Just goes to show you don't need to spend 5k on an Axe FX setup to sound like Meshuggah.
