I have that exact guitar, the actual one he's playing
Yeah it does metal well, done some tone/mix tests with it but overall it's still a bit muddy, even when adjusting the EQ to my liking. Looking for that bright snap and punch. :D
Sorry to bump an old thread, but I'm toying with the idea of a guitar pickup in my SRC6 as well. I'd love to put something that will give monstrous tones like a Lundgren Meshuggah pickup. Has anyone done something like this on their SRC6? There's so much untapped potential with this instrument...
Personally I really needed a new guitar to actually start playing guitar again. When I got my semi-custom I couldn't believe how good it felt in my hands, I was missing out on something better than my old baseball-bat-necked Schecter 7 string.
So who knows, if you receive your custom the...
I have a blue burl NFR7 300 and it's a sublime guitar. I was out of the guitar game for a while and I find myself unable to put it down. First guitar I've ever owned with a basic light guage D'addario that feels perfect due to better tensions. And the neck! It's amazing.
Afaik the production...

Well I've decided I'm going to be rocking the BW pickups! They sound too interesting to not at least try.
In fact, I should have thought more deeply on the subject, because I'd have rephrased my question:
Does the BW have good definition on the low notes? I really want clarity, and this...
I have an ultrawide screen, the LG UM65 and it's fantastic to do video work / graphic work on it. I used to have 2 HD screens of identical size but I don't miss having 2 screens at all. Loads of space and very comfortable to work on.
Also as for color accuracy, the LG UM65 is really really good...
