Yeah, as far as my 8 goes, I love the playability, sound, everything. The only issue is that after 2-3 years the white stain of maple completely faded... but it’s small aesthetic.

If you like the PAF tone, EMG 57/66 are great. It's definitely different than plain passives, has that typical active sustain, some compression, but it's a very nice tone, and I like it in all woods.
