man you make me want to get those pups! a buddy of mine is talking about getting some for his ibby and told me if i got a custom shop made that it was the way to go. i have a line 6 jam 75 amp that meshuggah made 2-3 presets for and they sound the best for my 7. wonder how much better with those pups. they sure are expensive-i thought $200 for a pair of emg's was bad. i could almost buy a good 7 string for that kind of money. they must be awesome if you think that much of them. now i gotta find someplace that has them so i can hear for myself. thanks
thanks for the info. i have 2 of the 6 string xiphos (halo 3 sp. ed. & summer slaughter tour ed.) & love them. i wondered about the 7 string version. good to hear about the neck cause that is what i worried about. i had a uv777 and thought the neck was just a little to thick for me. thanks to your advice i think i will get the newer version, just wish it had a lo pro 7 trem. tried to get ibanez to put one on but they dont do custom work for regular joes
that is the only thing keeping me from pulling the trigger on it and considering the agile hornet, bc rich v or custom 7.
