Besides Reverb, Facebook Marketplace and periodically checking GC Used section has been my best bet. Marketplace can be quite frustrating but I found two through setting the range to the max distance and jumping around major metropolitan areas in the US. I also know a guy locally who...
For what it’s worth, I’ve never sold or returned an Edwards because I wasn’t happy with it. I’ve loved them all and while some were better than others, but they were all great regardless of price (mine ranged from $700-1200). I should also mention all but one of them were bought sight unseen...
Here's an assortment of Edwards I've owned over the last few years, just missing the 112 (file is too large to upload). I still have three as mentioned previously with the E-LP-135 ALS/RE & E-LP-112 LTS/RE being the best. The "Buckethead" LP (E-LP-CTM?) and E-LP-92 were probably the least best...
I do but I may have to dig and get back with you. I think I had a few NGD posts here if you dig through my profile though I’m sure I haven’t posted all of them. Also, ALS = all lacquer series (nitro finish) and RE = Relic’d.
Currently, I have the 135, a 140 RE, and a 112 AL/LTS (laquer taste...
I own or have owned a total of seven Edwards LPs. One was on par or slightly better than an 1000-series LTD. Five were closer to EII/ESP Standards. The final guitar, my E-LP-135 ALS/RE, is the best Les Paul I’ve ever played regardless of price.
After being super disappointed with the Strats, these will be a hard pass for me. The fact that these are Indo "Fenders" is even more laughable considering what they cost.
I’ve played quite a few Misha imports and most of them were somewhere between unplayable (bad) to mediocre. I’ve played exactly one that was decent but still not worth the new price. It’s a shame because I really like the body style but not enough to buy a USA model over my typical brand of choice.
As someone who used to really dislike Chapman, they’ve really grown on me. If I can find one of the baritone Tele’s for cheap, I might just have to buy it.
