I agree with that. The main problem I see is one of double jeopardy which 5th amendment covers. There is new law that is being rushed through, Local Law Enforcement Hate Crimes Prevention Act which looks in violation of 5th and 14th amendments.

A very big part of the problem. The Fed and fractional reserve lending is a major reason we are in a mess. Mike Shedlock gives a great case against the Fed and FRL and how FRL is fraudulent. FED should be abolished asap
