Does the boost on the madison divinity just boost the clean channel, or can it boost the distortion channels too?[Like a solo switch for leads]

I just looked up the Roland Jazz chorus.Sounds like it would do the job well only thing im wondering is will it be loud enough to match with the 5150.

I'm planning on using a 5150 for distortion sounds, and A/bing it with another amp live for cleans.I need the clean to stay clean and not break up at gig level volumes.The amps only function would be for clean sounds nothing else, any suggestions?Thanks in advance.

Yeah I know they arent dynamic but thats more then fine I love their tone I wouldnt want to change it.Just less output so they dont drive my clean channel into distortion as much.I cant wait till DPM gets up he seems to really know what hes talking about based on posts of his I've read.

Im not really looking for a tone change though, I love the tone just less output which would just drive the amp less causing the sound changes[better cleans, and a more vintage lead, same tone as before just a bit more vintage sounding because of less gain going into the amp.]

In my experiance with EMGS they have never sounded sterile at all far from it the are the most alive sounding pickups I have ever heard.Only problem I ever had with them was the crazy output levels.Thats why I was wondering if this mod that EMG talks about what be a good Idea for a neck pickup...

Anybody know if it is possible to have EMG custom make you a pickup?Or is that only available to endorsed artists?I looked on EMG's website but could not find a link anywhere to their custom shop.I'de kill for a seven string version of the EMG-H or EMG-HA.

Does your 007 have the same problem with the misaligned pole pieces????? Mine has it, it just sounds great anyway.

Mine still has the misaligned pole pieces.I just dont care because it still sounds great.Did you find out what the problem was? Was it the way semour duncan bulit the pickups?neck pickup routing in the wrong spot?, or is the bridge routed incorrectly?

Thanks.The extended scale actually helped me rip it up because the larger frets improved my accuracy{I have big hands}.The extra tension was no big deal either on my regular scale instruments I had 11s, so now I have 10s on the schecter.
