You could always just have the pups rewound if you're not happy with the tone. I would suggest not making that a limiting factor in your choice - Maybe the ergonomics and playability would be more of an issue because they're not able to be changed...... There are plenty of good pickup...

Yeah I would have loved to have the gold HW on there, but it looked a bit busy if ya know what I mean. The black on there is understated and not a focal point, so doesnt draw your eye away from the rad flame/burst :) Also, I would have loved gold frets as well, but that's a bit of a big ask...
