Although I learned music theory from here and there, I would recommend Bill Edwards' "Fretboard Logic SE." Comprehensive yet simple including everything from techniques to more complex theory such as modes, chromaticism, etc. Plus, it is relatively inexpensive and I believe you will be refering...
Fair enough. I have never traded through SS but I have a solid ebay/paypal account with over 3k positive feedbacks (ecumenical777) that can be easily verified. I also do tons of trading through my local craigslist though there is no way to vouch for that, lol.
I agree. Plus, I find that a good guitar instructor will cut down the learning and acquisition time by half when compared to being self-taught. I have been self-taught all of my guitar life and my biggest mismanagement of time and effort is due to "not knowing what to learn or practice next"

I play E standard and drop D most of the time since the other tunnings are just mirror images of these two. For live performances, I tune to Eb, D standard, and drop c.
I have the amber sunburst with SD JB/59 pups and I love the tone, the playability, and the look. For a med level guitar, it is worth every penny. I play it through a Mesa Dual Rectifier and Mesa Mark IV and those amp just love it. I also want to buy an EMG equipped LTD EC-1000 but I am not sure...
Andy is the man. I love his music. He is the reason why I want a Mesa Lonestar classic amp for cleans of course. And dam, that is some nice clean playing and tone at the end of the video.
What do you like about your Peavey 6505+ amp so far? What do you not like if there are any? What settings have you tried and which one do you like best?
