The thing that concerns me with that method is that the Powerblock might twist off the Velcro if the case is turned on its side, or accidentally turned upside down.
Believe it or not, the Ibanez Wizard Prestige neck. I've now owned (and sold) two guitars with the neck. Something about it just feels bad to me. I kept one of the guitars for a month to make sure. I just really don't like that neck.
+1 on the Axe-Fx I spent a couple of hours with mine last night. Man, that thing is seriously incredible...you just have to spend some time tweaking, but it's amazingly versatile.
I voted ESP. The only Jackson I've ever really enjoyed playing was a custom shop Kelly that a local store had. I have a disclaimer though, I really like the ESP neck profile, a lot.
But then you'd have to replace them once they started to degrade. The feature here is that you only buy once. I think it's a neat idea, but I don't really think it'll make "real t00bs" a thing of the past.
If it's not solid state, then it has to be some sort of analog triode. If that's the case....it's still a regular tube and will have to be replaced just as often as a regular tube.
I've never tried Hydrogen, but as far as my experience, DFHS or especially EZ Drummer are Easy Mode for doing drums....well, at least for getting the parts there. Mixing is a total other beast.
I've been using Sonar for quite a while now. Started back on 6 and am up to 8 now. I used Cubase LE before that and ProTools LE before that. After all that, I'm thinking about jumping ship either back to Cubase or up to Nuendo. Sonar's tempo/time signature editing just isn't doing it for me...
I feel really picky, but is it so wrong that I want that 27" Septor in Blue Flame with a Maple fretboard? Either way, thank you Kurt for these awesome guitars.
Man, I can't believe that no one has commented on this track!! I love it! All the harmonies are awesome, and it has really cool feel. Keep it up! I can't imagine why you're not happy with it.
