Well, Lirtle got something delivered to him today from Bernie according to the tracking number. We should hopefully see something today. *fingers crossed*
Personally, I'm not crazy about how that guitar looks. That might be preference rather than something actually being wrong. I dislike the size of the cavity and how it actually fits in the body. I like control cavities to sit flush with the back of the body. That looks like it would be a...
Yeah. The body binding is a little inconsistent as well. I don't think the tuners are spaced poorly, but it does look like a few of these are angled left or right a bit. They should all be parallel.
That's probably the best thing for those of us who chose not to pursue the legal route. Distraction is great. I spent all my time with my family on the weekends instead of staring at this thread and wondering if I should consult my lawyer again.
It's not scheduled to be delivered until tomorrow according to the tracking info he posted. Yes, I signed up for tracking updates on a package that I didn't send and isn't coming to me. LOL.
Wow man. I started to read through this yesterday and got so upset that I had to stop. This is a huge bummer. I've been skeptical of these guys from the start. I knew another one of their artists who never used his guitar. I was an absolute mess. I hope you get everything resolved.
I think that's a good idea for a lot of people on here. Doesn't help me though since the guitar I bought and paid for initially was actually delivered.
Wait a second. Schecter put out a classy, USA guitar with a Floyd Rose Pro? This exact guitar isn't my thing, but this certainly seems to be enough to grab my attention. Bravo.
It's like Schecter had a minimum quota they needed to reach for things shipping out. Since they got rid of the skulls on the SLS series, I imagine a conversation like this took place.... Employee 1: "Oh god. What are we gonna? We have so many skulls sitting around unused." Employee 2...
It's doable. Someone managed to knock out like 80 profiles of the ENGL SE, and that amp has a ridiculous amount of tone shaping options. Honestly, I want someone like The Amp Factory to be the one doing the profile though. I'd rather give them money since I know it would come out right.
If you go off of Facebook likes and album sales, Asking Alexandria is WAY more popular than BDM. Yes, I find this unfortunate, but it's true. Dahlia has 983K versus AA with 3.4 million. Is Ibanez even still doing the MBM series?
I'd love to see Ryan get a signature guitar, but I have a hard time seeing Ibanez ever do that. As a huge BDM fan, I'm biased and think he should have one. However, if Ibanez didn't do it for Chris Broderick, then I can't see a series or model being made around a melodic death metal band...
