Might need a little more bass to help fill it in and bring it together to make a huge sounding riff. I can hear the bass but there seems to be a bit of a hole in the low mids. Like it either way though.
Hmm, it must have something to do with 32 and 64 bit modes. It only works in 32 bit mode and set to MME under outputs. It definitely doesn't like ASIO4ALL for some reason. Whatever, at least I can play with my new present.
I was lucky enough to get S2.0 for Christmas and installed it. I have recently had some really slow lag with Adobe Audition so I've upgraded to Sonar. Problem is, I can't hear S2.0 in Sonar when loaded as a VST. I've searched online forums and I'm pretty competent with VSTs etc but can't for the...
I'd say the gitz are a tad too high in the mix while the kicks and bass are a bit too low but other than that it sounds great. I think bringing up those kicks and bass will make this song sound absolutely massive as there's a tonne of great stuff happening. Nice work.
Which preset are you using in Trilogy and are you EQing it after. I've had some real problems finding something that doesn't turn to mud in my mix when I use Trilogy.
Hey all, I have a brand new laptop with a top of the line processor and I have recently bought superior 2.0 and have been running it as a vst through both FL Studio and Adobe Audition but have been somewhat disappointed with it's performance as it tends to hog the processor and bog things down...
Bought one and sold it within a month. Hated it. Thin on the Marshall settin and muddy on the high gain. Tried it in combination with cab sims etc and the only sound out of that thing that seemed to be any good was the cleans (Fender setting). As far as putting it through a DI box it did not...
Great stuff. Good song construction and well put together overall. A few mix notes from my perspective and feel free to disregard them: 1.)Drums could use to come up in the mix slightly. 2.)Snare gets lost a bit and could use some high end snap to bring it out. 3.)Kick might use the same. Try...
Really dig the vox actually. It was pretty obvious to me that they were simply double tracked. I was surprised there was no verb or anything on them. As far as articulation, sure it would improve the listening experience but if you've ever listened to really deep death metal vox you know it's...
What about the Sennheiser EH250s? Does anyone have any experience with those? They seem to be more in the price range that the OP put forth. The product review states, "The eH 250 closed dynamic hi-fi stereo headphones have a balanced sound image with a slight emphasis on the bass response...
