Once I get more patch cables the chain will go like such: Fuzzhugger(fx) Phantom Ring V2 Dwarfcraft Devices Internet Overdrive Noisemaker Effects Noise Invaders Death by Audio Fuzz War Snazzy FX Mini Ark and finally VHT Special 6 for amplification
Just received my Snazzy FX Mini Ark and my Fuzzhugger Phantom Ring (V2). The Phantom was hand-painted by Pat Corrigan and it looks absolutely stunning and sounds even better! The Mini Ark is just insane, don't even know where to begin  Wrote a bit about each on my blog and will post...
Interesting idea  I have a Noisemaker Effects bit crusher, might have to get a power struggle to pair with it! Edit: Also here's a thread on ILF that lists the effects the PS has on various FX boxes http://ilovefuzz.com/viewtopic.php?f=137&t=6045
Just letting you know, pedals are a slippery slope for some people, bought a Fuzz War in October and have already purchased four more since, and they are not cheap. So once you feel ready to start the journey, make sure you're wallet is prepared  In all seriousness though, enjoy the...
I know how you feel, just bought a Fuzzhugger Phantom Ring and my Mini Ark is on it's way back from Dan from Snazzy FX to joing my Fuzz War, Internet and Noise Invaders :hbang:
Sorry to disappoint, if you're looking for more of a fantasy themed effects company check out the McSpunckle interview on my blog, he makes a crazy versatile fuzz called the Gnomeratron.
Judging from what I've seen on this forum people are more into tight sounded amps and digital modelers and don't get me wrong they sound hella good but don't suit me. www.dwarfcraft.com This guy puts out some crazy effects that certainly aren't for everyone but I'm a big fan and they fit...
What I'm saying is wait until you actually own the amp and have played it for a few weeks, then try to find pedals to make up for what it lacks. It might just save you some money if you find you don't want to boost it or want an eq.
Also for cab get a 2X12 in that budget, a little cheaper and more convenient. I'd advise you actually get the amp and play it for a while before thinking about pedals, you might find you don't need an overdrive or any of that. I strongly advise you play the amp and get to know it first before...
I agree with the 5150 comparison and for my needs it outdid the 5150, the distortion was clearer and seemed more refined if that makes sense? But the 5150 does have a nice mid range grit to it though if that is more your thing.
Might as well go 30  I love the reassurance I get around here, my friends/roommates don't see a reason for a guitar with more than 6 strings because they just play garage rock and surf pop
true not my favorite either, I just posted the first one I found:flame: But seriously, amazing album, and even though it's not the best song, It's still miles ahead of many other releases I've heard recently :shred:
How about no vocals? I know this isn't exactly on topic but...:hbang: Levi/Werstler is awesome, and the drummer is from Cynic :wavey: Avalanche of Worms is awesome, plenty of shredding and plenty of progressive stuff as well. YouTube - LEVI / WERSTLER - DURA MATER
