If I'm talking out of my ass, someone smack me, but I thought EMG were manufacturing the Livewires for Seymour Duncan? If that's the case, might that explain why the Blackout 7's were going to use the 707 size casing? Again, I had heard this, but searching around Google I can't find anything...

Yeah, the older Vandenbergs played great. I was too poor to buy one as a kid when they were in production, so I was glad that they brought the shape back. I need to find one locally to play.
