Agalloch. Given they've only had 3 albums, "Ashes Against The Grain" is stellar beyond "Pale Folklore" and "The Mantle" (imo).

Great band. :yesway: I enjoy "Francis The Mute" more than Amputechture. They have a new album, "The Bedlam In Goliath", coming out on Tuesday. :metal: I didn't care much for At The Drive-In. Cedric sounds so much better in The Mars Volta.

Nick McCabe. Not the most technical player, but the sounds he produces from his instrument are great \m/ Second choice, Jason Pierce.

Interestingly enough awesome artists like Lionel Ritchie and Wham! were big at that time. Oh and Bryan Adams.
