Signed, touring metalcore band seeking full time vocalist

Hey guys, writing this on behalf of the rest of the guys in my band. I play guitar for a band called Beyond the Shore. We are a slightly progressive metalcore band based out of Lexington, KY and are entering our 2nd album cycle on Metal Blade Records. Our album is finished and recorded...

    NGD: Schecter C-7 Hybrid

I think you got a lemon man. I got mine back in June and it came set up VERY well. Note this came directly from Schecter as I have an endorsement deal with them. I know they went through everything and put the string gauges I wanted on it but I don't see any reason why any other instrument sent...

    Schecter Hellraiser C-7 Hybrid?

The Hybrids are amazing. The new neck profile is extremely comfortable on a 26.5 scale, it's honestly more playable than my old JPXI and my RG1527m. They hit the ball out of the park with the contour leading out to the edge of the neck. I haven't done a full tour with it just yet so I'm not...

NGD JPXI-7 BFR (serious trade deal inside)

This man understands....especially when I only forked out $1600 new for the BFR :D

NGD JPXI-7 BFR (serious trade deal inside)

Glad you dig it man! I got that guitar for an astronomical deal when I got it....decided I missed Ibby necks and the M's don't come around often. I had my time with it :)

Thinking of changing from EMG to Duncans

Don't have any experience with the Pegasus but the Nazgul and Sentient are awesome...Nazgul is very very articulate, great response

    Pickup Suggestions for EBMM JPXI-7

phew....judging by that chart and comparing that to not only the big difference between some dimarzio's but duncans are even deeper, like .2 in deeper on some. There was a time where I had put springs on the pups to raise them just a little, that created a feedback nightmare so I can't imagine...

    Pickup Suggestions for EBMM JPXI-7

Wow I hadn't heard any of this before. That's quite disappointing actually. However this might not be too terrible as I really don't mind the Liquifire, my biggest complaint with it has been that it just feels like it has too much less output than the CL. I find it funny though that it's so...

    Pickup Suggestions for EBMM JPXI-7

Thinking about yanking the CL/LF combo out of my JP, I like them I really do but I've never been blown away by them and I've always felt that the higher register notes come out a little too loud in comparison to lower ones, especially when hitting big 5-6 note chords. I just feel like I need...

    Bittersweet "N"GD- JP12- BaliBurst

Coming from a dude that works at GC, this is the kind of stuff that really irritates me. Most know that employees work off commission. There's a 100% guarantee whoever you dealt with didn't even look the guitar over. That whole thing about it being in the box, no way in hell. That thing was...

    Rg7321 or rg7421(2013)?

Judging by the 2 7421's that I've played, I'd go with one of those over the 7321. The fit and finish on those two just blew every 7321 I've ever played out of the water. The fret dressings seemed much improved over the 7321's. Plainly it felt like a guitar worth the amount of money they charge...

    RGD2127Z-ISH B Tuning Question

When I had mine, I went 10-46/64 for drop A....tension was great and balanced. Knowing what I do about strings and tone now I'd probably go down just a little. For standard B though, if it were me, I'd start with a generic 7 pack like a EB 9-52 or 10-56, figure out what you don't like where and...

Can't get rid of feedback live.....HHAAAAAALLLLP

Tried that, it's worse actually. I have zero problems with my dry/rhythm tone, in fact when heavily gated it sounds fantastic. It only occurs when I kick in with leads and more finesse based playing. Could a compressor or clean boost in the lead loop help?

Can't get rid of feedback live.....HHAAAAAALLLLP

Hey, I need some gear whore help. I simply can't seem to get rid of feedback live, well I guess I should say I can't get rid of it without cutting off lead notes too short. Here's my chain: EBMM JPXI-7(stock) > Sennheiser EW172G3 wireless > ISP Decimator Pro Rack G(Channel 1) > Boss TU-2 >...

Need help with Decimator Pro Rack G

Worked perfectly guys, thanks for the help! I am however still confused about another issue. I use a Carbon Copy and Holy Grail for my lead tone, both are in the loop controlled simultaneously by a Keeley true bypass/looper pedal. Whenever I try to put the 2nd channel in front of both of them...

Need help with Decimator Pro Rack G

I picked up a Pro Rack G about a week before tour that I just got back from. For the most part, I'm pretty satisfied. I haven't found that sweet spot between killing feedback and cutting off intricate notes just yet but I'll get there with time, just need some more experience with it. Here's...
