I guess it could be fine, but from what I understand, the neck is painted on that one, and older M-IIs had a satin-finished neck. Besides, I suppose the JH would be a better quality guitar. And, on a sidenote, I'm a bit bored of those flame-tops :)

Does anyone know what kind of neck shape a 1993 Custom M-II had (like this one: FT WTT: rare ESP custom KH-2 )? Was it Extra Thin Flat like bolt-on versions from 2000s? Or Extra Thin U like NTBs? And what was the fretboard radius? Also, would a current Floyd Rose Original fit in that guitar?

Just because it was launched in Japan at the same time as LTD Elite in the USA, doesn't mean it's any different from LTD Elite.
