Huh, these are interesting, though I'm not sure how neutral these amps are, I'm already running dsp on my board, and the temple audio mod says it has "real amp feel" which I'm not sure I'd want. Same thing for the quilters, as these seem more like actual guitar/bass amps than more neutral poweramps
I'm looking to shrink down my live rig to only a cab+pedalboard, and from what I could gather the only options for poweramps that fit on a pedalboard are the seymour duncan powertages (100/170/200) and the orange pedal baby, but that one seems a bit large for a regular pedalboard. Are there any...
With my current setup (digitech whammy-dt) there isn't much latency, at least not an amount that's noticeable by either me or my bandmates while we jam, but the tone and clarity of the output is just not good, it's usable for now, but not something I'd play live with tbh
Thanks for the advice, right now I'm using a whammy-dt to drop from A to F#, but it does not sound great, I'll probably get a used btb 37" multiscale, or the brice defiant 37" multiscale
Has anyone used a pitchshift pedal/feature on a modeller to play live? My current bass (34" 5 string currently in drop A) can't really handle my current band's tuning(drop F#), but I wanna see if anyone made that work before swapping basses, and if so what worked best?
