when it comes to intonation with lower tuning do you find that your moving the saddles further back (away from the pickup) when the notes get lower?

I have 2 7 strings ones a hard tail and the others a Floyd both have 25.5 scale lenght. I wanted to tune both guitars ADGCFAD on my six string i use 11-49 daddarios for standard D what gauge should i use for the Low A string? I was thinking between 68-70? any thoughts?
