Yeah but compare the Prestige S7 to the Iron Label S7. Even though they're PAF 7's they're still most likely better than the ones in the prestige. Just giving an example. But after all, the tone is in the hands, right? ;)

It's really weird. Although I was talking to a friend he said that it's possibly because a lot of people get their guitars and then swap out the pickups for DiMarzio's. So that possibly there's some type of business-thing going on there but it still wouldn't make sense for them to use DiMarzio...

Am I the only one being weirded out by the fact that Ibanez puts out the Iron Labels with DiMarzio and EMG pickups but at the same time put out Prestiges with their own pickups in them? I would really like an explanation to this!

Cause I'm not hesitating between getting a 7 or and 8, besides I think the neck on 8-strings are uncomfortable and the lowest I will go is probably drop G, for now at least. I don't know what I'll have in ten years though but that's for now ^^

You can do everything you can on a 6 on a 7, plus more, that's kinda what convinced me, besides I've just got obsessed with Racecar (by Periphery), and that's why my next guitar will be a 7.

Wouldn't say so, will probably (well, obviously more like it), be around the price of an RG7321 since it's almost the same model. Or did you mean Norway by "over here"? On the other hand there's Thomann :) Or are you even saying the RG7321 is overpriced? I think not.
