    Thanks for responses! I figured out they installed the wrong gauge strings. They put 10s on standard tuning. I knew it felt tight, so I installed 9s and problem solved.

    I had my saddle filed by a guitar tech already. It seems to be breaking at the bridge hole because the breakage is only just under an inch from the ball point. Before the filing of the saddle the string broke longer than an inch which seemed like it was from saddle at that time.

    For sure better sound quality, and headphones but something not too oversized. So right now i have Cowin E7, there are settings from the Off, to BT, and NC. My guess is they stand for Bluetooth, and Noise Cancelling. So im wondering why the NC setting cuts out sound when i open my car window...
