    Hi guys When i rout out the neck pocket on my guitar bodies im left with the 12.7mm radius on each of the inner corners. Anybody here that uses routers will know that you can never cut a perfect right angle if ou are routing out a cavity. Now ive seen on some pictures on this board...

    For some really i read Beveling beam when clearly you wrote leveling beam, mmm i may need glasses i recon. Basically its just a large perfectly straight sanding block, i think i need to get me one of them.

    I think your English is probably better than mine :D When you mean the "other strings are longer than the 25.5 scale when they are intonated" do you mean all of the strings when correctly setup will be longer than 25.5 inchs?
