    So how many 7's do you guys own?

    1 7 stringer, 1 six stringer (although I plan to get a 006 Hellraiser soon, so make that 2), and a 4 string bass. Ah yes, I just realized this is my first post since... um, June 2006? I forget.

    Playing seven in E or D

    The only 6 string I've ever owned is a Squier strat I used when I first started playing guitar, and I don't even use it anymore. I now play 7 strings exclusively, even if I play songs that never use the low 7th string.

    7 String Tuning question

    I use that tuning every now and then and it's quite handy. Hell, I've also used CCGCFAD and G#C#G#C#F#A#D#.

    Ibanez, since it was the only 7 string model I could find, and it had a reasonable price tag ($390.00).
