Holy necropost Batman! The particular guitar under discussion is now available for sale by the original owner Gil Ofarim. The clear coat has yellowed drastically. https://www.kleinanzeigen.de/s-anzeige/ibanez-7-string-lefty-custom-shop-1999-/2725742449-74-6450 BTW he is asking EUR 4.600,-...
I am a sucker for Beehive knobs, and it's a shame they are long out of production. A few years ago, at least the full rubber version was still available (it was used on SoundGear bass models and the SC500 nylon string Saber), but these have unfortunately been discontinued, too. The closest you...
How could I have missed this thread?! I guess I'm late to the party, but congratulations on your fine MX2FB. Once I had three 2FBs at the same time, but I needed to scale down and thus sold off two of them.

Still available. It's really a very fine neck that is hard to come by separate. The price is negotiable, so get in touch if you're interested and make an offer.

+1 from my side. It's a shame the cool grain isn't actually visible. I'd say a quilted Sapele top would look best finished clear without any stain or tint. Anyway, great guitar, lots of rawk for the buck.
It's a shame the RG-ART has such a think clear coat on the Maple fretboard. Also, the 12th fret inlay looks a bit crude when you see it in real life. The top finish, however, is absolute eye candy.
