Huh?
The top one is a block letter in decent condition. The bottom is an even better condition 5150-II. Neither are combos. And the Block Letter is OBO you could try for a 100 off and throw in a new tolex shell for what, $150 more?
I literally bought a block letter mint for 1200 6 mo ago...

The majority of you that buy expensive boutique high gain amps - but use pedals in front to sculpt the tone - all sound exactly the same.
TLDR $3k Mezzabarba? You coulda had a 5150 for $800.
Oops forgot I also have a first year Loomis FR7 (low serial number FTW) that is god tier IMO. Sounds incredible, plays incredible. Was so good I got rid of my JP7.
I have 3-ish and I’ve played a bunch more.
Nick Johnston U.S.A. SSS Strat - yes.
Nick Johnston MII (Diamond Series) HSS Strat - prob everything you could ask for in a HSS S-style guitar except maybe SS frets? I think I paid around $650 new which is an absolute steal. Ebony board, roasted...
Nevermind… I’m listening to the demo of the new G50 and I think that clean with the wide switch engaged sounds way better than the D25 cleans.
I’m thinking G50 + 112 cab covers all the bases and likely means less pedals I need to bring.
Hey! Just wondering how you like it and if it still gets played? I’m looking to buy a medium price tier 7 that’s different than my Schecter Loomis and Mayones Regius. I love Strats and the Jackson has the perfect aesthetic for me. Just wondering how it sounds and plays.
Just so you know the DR sweet spot is volume 4-6. Plan accordingly.
And that’s why not a lot of people buy the Twin or Super, because they’re stupidly loud when you get those to a minimum of volume 4 lol.
