    Replacement came today. This thing slays. I didn’t mess around with the boost much really before, but it adds a ton to the sound. I’ll probably be putting my tube screamer up for sale since I don’t think it even needs anything outside the gate and reverb I’m going to put in the loop.

    $200+ is usually a fret level and polish. I’d agree $250 for a set up is a ton without it. It pays to know how to do a fret level and polish yourself, but they’re considerably more work than what was needed here.

    For the love of all things Horizon, do not EVER "turn the truss rod all the way" under any circumstance. Shocked no one has jumped in to say this. You either need some minor truss adjustments and/or fret level/polish, but where you're fretting out I'm guessing you need to give it some relief...
