You can get a schecter omen 7 pretty cheap, and like Konfyouzd said, the necks aren't that bad. As a plus, the stock pickups on the cheapo omen sound pretty good, imo. All in all, a good entry instrument for 7's.

I have the basic Omen 7 and I agree about the cutaway. The pickups though are the best stock pups I've heard. First thing I usually do is rip out the stock pups and put SD's in, except with this guitar. Aftermarket pickups would obviously be better but I have to admit that the stock passives...

It's not even that, a cop cannot question legal status unless the person broke the law first. He can't just walk up and demand ID solely because he thinks a person's here illegally. The person must have broken the law prior, THEN the officer can question legal status. No different than if a cop...

Trashing a guitar on stage is so incredibly cliche. Not to mention a waste of a guitar. And I must agree with the rest of the thread; take better care of your gear. You're lucky it broke at practice and not at a show. Although that would have been funny as hell.
