Justin from tool is the main reason im even interested in the bass, to tell you the truth, the basses look like shit to me but its not always about that. Im sure you could give him any bass and he would make it sound amazing.
lol :squint: Right now i have a $300 ibanez bass so anything is an improvement. What bass would you get for 2k? Ill strongly look at that bass guitar and check it out at the store if they have one. I was looking at their site and saw a few more basses there, so ill be checking them out for...
Im looking for a 4 string bass and was liking the tone of the Wal mki basses but they are way too much money. Anyone ever play one that can guide me to something similar for under $2k
Ive never had fret problems so i dont think its that. i got rid of the fret buzz but my strings starting at the 12th fret are too high. And when i bring the bridge down it starts to buzz.
Im in need of your guys help. Im setting up my guitar right now because i put a new nut on my guitar. The problem im having is i cant seem to get rid of this fret buzz on my A string. I adjusted the truss rod so when i fret the 2nd and 12 fret it barely touches the 7th fret but it seems to...
reaper or studio one. Studio one would be my pick but if you need more ram than 4gb you should get j bridge for it so you can use the 64 bit. Ive used reaper for alot of years now and the only downside would be stability but i would give that program a shot.
Im more concerned with stability more than anything. If you guys dont like the new look you can change the theme back to the original by going to options, then click on themes and hit default 3.0 way better imo.
That seems like the best idea is implementing a kill switch. I thought about drilling a new hole but im not going to butcher this guitar. So i think i might do this idea, or just sell like a couple of you suggested. Ill give it alittle more thought over the weekend. Thanks again guys.
hey thanks for the suggestions! i dont ever use my tone knob so i wont miss that. I think drilling a new hole would work but filling in the old hole where the volume knob use to be will be tricky. I love this guitar but the knobs and toggle switch are in the dumbest places.
Does anyone have a problem hitting the volume knob when playing solos? I seem to hit it alot and it turns the volume down by doing that. Anyone know how i can fix this?
Mix sounds very good bro! I was going to get a TUSQ for my ibanez aswell but i didnt know if it would make a huge difference or not. so i put new pickups in it instead lol. Did you install the nut yourself or have a tech put it in?
