    Who´s your favorite bass player?

Patrice Guers is indeed amazing. I'll give you 5. For me, it would have to be Tony Levin. No surprise there, I guess. Reason: his mastery, but also understanding of the instrument. Yes, extremely technical player, but he seldom overplays. He has an amazing groove, and really knows what role...

    New TesseracT single opinions!

Very curious to hear it, though I have to admit the last album was quite a disappointment to me... Before that one, I would've been on the edge of my seat!

The "Tell me a true story that I won't believe" thread

That's what I figured. Still, haunting story. I couldn't not try to at least scratch the surface. Thanks for sharing!

The "Tell me a true story that I won't believe" thread

I can totally get some people are quite 'connected'. Would you consider telling that story with the miss and the kid to her, or is it sensitive, her being your wife's friend and all?

You are a magnet for happenings. Ever found someone with an actual talent for channeling you could talk to?

Wintersun did start something, but it's already on another level now...

I honestly also think the legislation can differ quite a bit depending on the country. In some countries, there's an entire system supporting artists, in others, it's not quite the same. But indeed, branching out and youtube-ing is a path... I do however believe it's getting harder every year...

Wintersun did start something, but it's already on another level now...

Hi there! Don't mistake my post for complaining. I'm merely very interested in observing how the music business is evolving (ever read Music 3.0? Lovely read!), and, tbh, if a musician I respect starts up something, I might even look with a more objective eye than when something quite as...

Wintersun did start something, but it's already on another level now...

https://www.patreon.com/disillusion Disclaimer: huge fan of this band :-) In this case, you're not paying a one time fee, and you're not getting music per se... You're paying a monthly fee, and you're getting things like a backstage pass should the band ever come in your vicinity (or a...

Why are people here so obsessed with longer necks and really thick strings?

To be honest, I'm always pretty impressed with the opposite. How anyone can use anything less than 60 for a 7th string is beyond me :-) Even with a 27 scale, I need at least 64 or 68 for a B, and that's a lot more than the average here, I feel. Anything below that, and I feel like I can't...

    GAS for British voiced amp...

The Engl Steve Morse is the amp that basically made me fall in love with EL34 tone. It should get more love :)

This is not a rant. Eventide content. Need some 'feel' opinions.

Hi there, CM! Thanks for replying! I'm sorry, but I don't agree with the first part of your post. The store helped me out, and took an hour of their time to basically follow my instructions with their interface, for a pedal I hadn't bought there. They could also just say 'no' to everyone who...

Thanks for taking the time to anwser, Jonsick. Most of the questions you asked, warranty and price-wise, were already answered, so I guess I do need to weigh my options. A shame you live in the uk. I'd love for you to be a neighbour, and have a go at it!

That's interesting, because I think a friend of mine has a broken enclosure, with a good pcb. But I'm guessing it's not something easily assembled...

To be honest, I wouldn't feel good selling something I don't have confidence in + I probably wouldn't get the cost of repair back!

My sentiment exactly, definitely after spending 300€ because of my last attempt :-) Now, IF I do spend 'm, I'd like the pedal to have the latest update afterwards thank you very much

Thanks so much for this. It's the first feedback related directly to this specific issue on this specific pedal. Ever heard about bricking TF's for other reasons?

Thanks, all. Well, the way I see it, the pedal worked great until trying to update it. Also, I would ask for it to be updated during repair, and after that never try that stuff again :) I would get a 3 month warranty after repair indeed. Keep those opinions coming, really helpful.
