Hi guys, here are some pictures of my Ibanez RG852 which I had re-finished in neon green as a tribute guitar to Justin Lowe (After The Burial). I also had Seymour Duncan Blackouts installed, as well as an Iron Age green LED killswitch in place of tone knob. Here are some pictures:

Yep it is! Having the truss rod adjustment at that point on the neck helps with stability a little better, and it prevents the potential issue ot headstock snappage if it were at the head/neck joint like most guitars.

Yeah as stated, these come stock with EMG 808s so I assume the SD's should fit in just fine :)

Alright so for this demo I used my custom Fast Guitars 8 string into my POD HD500X for guitar tones! The guitar is tuned to drop E, then I put the POD's pitch glide effect as the first thing in the chain to bring it down to C# https://youtu.be/u2Ojx2sBsS4

Yeah the two-bolt neck and truss rod in the fret are things that always get a weird look haha. The two bolt system is supposedly just as strong, if not stronger than the standard four bolt neck joint that is more common. Also, the neck actually slides into the body as well as the neck pocket...
