This is super cool and I like out of the box stuff like this with cool switching options, but I can't help but feel like the P/widerange setup of the bridge pickups essentially mean you get a middle pickup on the low strings at best. That thing is 3 inches from the saddle and the midrange pedal...
I have the Warm 273 and also the TB12 and I like them, but use case is really the most important consideration here. A nice mic will make more of a difference and should be prioritized, but if you're happy with your mics by all means a pre might be worth looking at though the difference in...
I was trying to think of more albums and was reminded of some of the mid 2000s power metal a buddy of mine lent me back in the day. Started listening to Heavenly's Carpe Diem album cause I remember not being that into it. Not only is the guitar tone sick it's a pretty banging album too.
The...
I don't spend enough time listening to stuff I consider terrible to think about how good the guitar tone might be, but I suppose post Rosenrot RAMMSTEIN is about as close as it comes. Their guitar mix has been largely unchanged since Mutter, but the songs sure haven't hit the same for me since...
oh yeah, i'm fully aware of the last ~15 years of their history. The Memphis and Aether were incredibly high budget products made for a market that didn't exist. I thought maybe with the Helmet tour starting lalmost 2 weeks ago something might've been out there since he mentioned he was...
Every time I see things you guys buy with Outbackbux or Canuckbux I get immediately anxious and then sad when I realize.
Also, has anyone seen anything about the new Pittbull that was suppose to be out/announced in time for Page Hamilton to use on the Helmet Tour?
I watched Liz and the Blue Bird again last night, 2nd time in the last 2 weeks or so. Absolutely beautiful movie. It's a very slow building character drama with everything conveyed in small details in the animation. It's a side story of the Sound! Euphonium series so watching that first is...
If it's in your price range and it inspires you to pick it up and play it's worth it to you. I'm not into most of them, but every brand has it's fans.
Your opinion is the only one that matters cause you're the one paying for and playing it.
You're a short hop from Ted Woodford who has become somewhat of a guitar repair youtube celebrity. From what he says on his videos he seems to be booked out through September of this year, but for anticipating anything a while out he seems to be a good option in the Toronto area.
Conversely...
Yeah, it's misleading at best and a straight up lie at worst. Someone else commented that there have been several updates/renames to those models over the past few AxeIII updates, and they've all been baked into this one update for FM3 so maybe that's why they framed it as such.
I think they meant they just rebuilt those models cause that whole list save for maybe the Ac30 brilliant and 5153 stealth are models that have existed for years. I've been using the Recto 1 and D60 models since like 2019.
I also keep Yek's guide to amps on a bookmark in case I want to look into...
I have one in my Edwards and it sounds really good but the only other P90 I have to compare it to is a BG Pure90 and there are a couple differences between guitars that make comparing them moot. I don't think it sounds inherently bright, I would use the work silky. Very warm all around. Full low...
I understand that, but these legal issues have been going on for the better part of a year or so and it seems they've been discusssed on all of the other prevalent social media platforms. I'm not on insta/fb/tiktok whatever else so I didn't know or frankly care about any drama shit, but I...
I also thought this whole thing had been resolved months ago with a dismissal of charges/ dropping of case sort of ruling. I follow Dustie on Twitter and none of this escapade has ever been mentioned by him there, though he has occasionally mentioned his significant other.
