    I put a delay/reverb/time stuff in the loop and any clean boost for +db on solos and hit my effects loop switch to engage all at once. If I have a rhythm boost I put that up front, along with chorus and other effects. Noise gate depends on the amp, although I prefer one in both front of amp...

    Setting up a guitar isn't magic. I have my own methods. The best playing Ibanez I ever owned I put neck shim in and no one could believe how low the action was. I guess that was a secret or something. Wes plays great. But his tone is shit and I've heard he's an asshole.

    It is! I was being a bit facetious but it does go out of tune more often than my floyds. I blame the headstock design.

    I haven't seen anything that low outside of Bo Ze selling them on Facebook pretty cheap, and I check nearly every day. The market is still dumb. People asking new guitar prices for beat to shit guitars.

    When I play live I usually never tune unless I notice something is wildly out. I use OFR/Edge trems though. If I played my Gibson live I'd probably tune it every goddamn song.

    Lot of small things IIRC - bad paint issues, missing paint in routes/jack area, rough fret ends. Nothing that was major. On the acoustic there were a ton of people posting their bridge was coming off the guitar completely.

    Should also say I played in a band that had old songs in D Standard and new songs in A Standard so I just used a single 7. I had no issues playing both sets, but the other guitarist really struggled with it. So to each their own really
