Yea I think they did a lot of writing back then, right now they are recording all the final stuff I think, Matt posted he was starting to record drums not too long ago, guessing it will be early '23 release.
Haha no problem, I'll pass it on! :D Yea I'm super happy to work with him :)
And I totally get your nitpick, it's fair! I agree that could have been done a little better in hindsight.
Just released a new track! very orchestra heavy and a little bombastic, it took a long time to get everything about it right and it's the first time that we're doing a video for our music as well, but we hope you like it :)
Last single before the album drops next week, this one is for the Shogun fans, apparently it was originally written during those sessions and you can definitely hear that.
The first is still my favorite AB record, there’s just something about the writing that I like better.
One thing is that the songs flow really well from section to section and they just click as a whole. Songs from later albums sometimes feel too much like pieced together loose verse/chorus...
Russel is said to be confirmed tomorrow, and De Vries is now rumored for Alfa Romeo now for some reason :frantic: I won’t be surprised if we’ll know the whole thing by the end of the week.
Yea apart from some seeing how the strategies could play out it was pretty boring, cool images of the atmosphere though
But yea, on to Monza! I think the championship is gonna go down to the very last race eventually, can't wait to see how it all unfolds.
Zandvoort is building up, incredible to see the track being transformed, I last visited the track 3 years ago and it's unrecognizable.
Qualy should be absolute madness, the race we'll have to wait and see, will probably be strategy heavy, things could get interesting with the tires (2 banked...
Just heard the whole thing, the heavy part is just the intro/main riff, the rest is pretty "standard" fare in terms of heavyness, still a good track though!
There’s planned a good amount of extra runoff there for next year which will definitely improve things.

Production mostly, it's insane how brickwalled it is espescially if you think ABIII was bad already. The writing changed too but it's mostly just a different direction.
Yea they're pretty big here I've seen them grow in the venues here and on festivals, there's no doubt about AB being almost their "main income" and it'd be nuts to let that go. It just saddens me that the solo output has been more interesting lately.
