Saw that vid today on his twitter, very exciting.

This just sounds like every other melo death influenced band. Power chords, breakdowns, melodic riffs, and clean sung choruses. For me this doesn't do anything, just kind of pointless.

This is awful. How is this even enjoyable? This isn't heavy, technical, melodic, unique, or anything. It's just pathetic.

This doesn't just sound like SYL/DT, it's a complete ripoff of it. Hell even the samples are jacked from SYL.

I'm interested to see what Born of Osiris puts out next. I really enjoyed The Discovery. I thought The New Reign was alright, but I'm not a fan of the deathcore sound. I can't stand constant breakdowns.

Halestorm is just another generic rock band that may have talent but decide to appeal to a larger audience by writing radio friendly songs. This isn't bad to all people, but in my opinion it is. They do not do a single thing different than the Nickleback clones like Three Days Grace or Seether...
