hey guys. on my rg 1527 i was thinking about getting a tremol-no, so i opened up the back to see if everything was in order. well it seems that the baseplate of the trem is way too close to the neck side of the trem cavity. i tried tightening the screws, but to no avail. this problem causes the...
after time though won't the dye come off? more importantly, if you don't use some of the neck when playing will the dye be there more so than areas that you play more often on? because then it would be one funny looking neck lol
on the carvin site, there seems to be no apparent difference between the V3 cab with the vintage 30's and the Legacy cab with vintage 30's. can anyone ellaborate?
everytime i play my jsx head with a cab with v-30's it sounds reeaallly harsh and ear piercing, but not in a good way. i'm also looking for a new cab, one that can sound like some really chugging mesa-like-crunch, but not getting rid of the beautiful clarity i get with the jsx. any ideas? i was...
i love bleeding through. they've become more melodic on the new album The Truth, but TILTIM was really brutal. lacks variation though. i still love seeing this band live every time though
i heard V3's have alot of problems and give off really nasty odors when playing. i dont remember whether it was here or on another forum with people who had problems, but i heard about it. @ Jerich- is the customer support thaat bad nowadays for carvin??

i'm pretty sure it was made in a sweatshop. "Look at the pictures you can see the shape is very well; So wonderful item . please don't miss it ! I have other wonderful item on my ebay . please view my other item!!!!!!!!!!"
cosmic blue comes out pretty purplish when you see it in person. the 2003 model of the rg1527 was cosmic blue. but it was pretty purplish. maybe that answers your question?

i own the peavey jsx and all i can say it it's awesome. its crunch channel can be like retro british rock, and the ultra channel isn't as harsh as most amps' ultra channels. the clean channel is really tight sounding and you can definitely feeeel the tubes in the thing. the one thing i had a...
