hi im planning to make a radius-ed topped guitar too but i never got to figure what radius to use, if you dont mind me asking whats the radius on your build? is it 15",16" or 20" like what decibel uses? thanks and if you dont mind posting a pic of you jigs to achieve the radius-ed top? thanks

i use acrylic a couple of times, i do use a heat gun to bend it near the horns and such

if you can find an acrylic sheet supplier near you you can buy them with the color you need and cut them to size
