I don't know abuot the newer stuff but the old Rocktron gear is awesome.

Peavey used to make a 1x15 guitar cab. Called the nashville iirc. If you can find one should be pretty cheap.

James used his old Mesa/Boogie MKII C+. Kirk used his new Randall & some of his old amps.

Glad to see that I'm not he only one who does not get along with mesa. I have always found them to be "loose & boomy".

Have not tried one myself but have been told they sound good but have reliability issues.

I remember really liking the Danelectro Fab Tone back in the day. Mine was made out of metal, I don't know if the new plastic ones are any good.

I finally got one of my dream guitars, Dec 2000 manufacture so it has a maple neck instead of mahogany. Already have A set of EMG 81's installed. Just need a quality strap. I'm happy. :hbang:

I have an older Velocity 300, Bought it to replace a Marshall EL84 20/20 power amp. Not sure how they sound compared to the newer ones but it is definitely sterile. It has been reliable & it was cheap so I guess I can't complain too much. In the end tho I went to have the Marshall fixed.

I used to be all about quanity, Untill I realised I spent enough money to get one or two really nice guitars. I still want just about every thing under the sun, But I hold off & wait to spend the money on what I really want...Like A Carvin 727. :)

Off Topic but what is the difference between the AX7221 & the AX7521? I always liked the shape & feel but the scale length pushed me away.
