I think it would look rad with no pickguard and pickup directly mounted to body. I bought a solid Tele control plate from GuitarFetish for a Tele I built with active pickups. Just drilled for a 3 way toggle and single volume. Battery fit nice in the empty space where the normal Telecaster...

It is likely a new take the budget KK model they did with the Tribal V and Warlocks in the past. Bolt on neck, passive pickups, and fixed bridge.

That is pretty. Pink RGs are so slick. My local store does fret ends for less than $30 so hope you can get that done inexpensive.

Those are gorgeous. The rear sculpting design around the heel and cutaways is just superb.
