It's fun to see that the vote is very even. I have no favorite, they are both perfect for different things. Neck profiles are also different, but what I really love is the Suhr's silk smooth satin feel on roasted maple. But if I had to pick just one, it would be the Modern. Just because it's...
It all started when I just wanted a good strat. I tested what was locally available, and Suhr came on top. However, I noticed the limited edition roasted antique series. Rosewood and cites were a pain and delivery took ages to european dealer. However when I finally got the S I was blown away...
I'm don’t know about physics in this subject, but wood is inconsistent material and different notes sustain differently even on guitars that have no obvius deadspots, still some notes sound better than others on almost any guitar. Easy way to find out if the note is deadspot is to push guitar...
My first PRS Custom 24. Everything was perfect except it had total deadspot at G-string octave and same note at B-string was harmonic overtone only. Sometimes woods just don't resonate. Learned valuable lesson that even high-end stuff is subject to variance in material. Now I always test hi-gain...
Thanks! Well, it is totally honeymoon period for now, but right now I'm really happy with this one. Sounds brutal with gain, as you would expect, but it also has really nice coil-split cleans. Infact, best I have heard: I'm seriously considering BKP juggernauts for the rest of my guitars as...

Practices are great, but also learn your favorite players solos and stuff, as this will put things in context. It does not have to be at the same tempo as original, just slow things down. If you have trouble with something, then find a drill or make one up yourself that improves that. Use your...
Thanks for the input everyone. I went for the Jackson JT7, which I found in stock. Skervesen next time probably. I'm supposed to have 30 day money back guarantee, so we'll see.
Yea, they just had a shoggie for sale on their facebook page , but unfortunately it was 6, as it was otherwise perfect. I have been thinking about this Mayones, but it is 27", and I'm unsure of the price is correct, just posted about it in the pricing thread though...
I'm unfamiliar with pricing Mayones. What do you think of the price of this baritone setius 7? https://muusikoiden.net/tori/ilmoitus/1238419 1750 euro Mahogany body and neck, maple fretboard Maple top Baritone 27" Jumbo frets Blue offset inlays Luminlay sidedots Recessed tom bridge SD JB7 and...
Nah, to me LTD is far from high-end. I also just sold RGD2127fx, and I think your asking price is way too optimistic. Uppercut RGD7 would do it for me, but those are overpriced new imo.
