I usually play in D standard on a 26.5 inch scale with string gauges of (high to low) 011 .014 .018 .028 .036 .052 and they work well for me, some people may think that is too big especially with the 26.5 scale but i like my strings nice and tight. My new guitar is going to be 24.75 inch scale...

I love the Gibson scale and I've been looking for a mahogany Jackson Fusion for about 2 months now with no luck. Does anyone know of any other short scale superstrats? I know there's the Caparison Horus but that's way out of my price range.
