Hi Everyone,
I am looking to switch from Audacity to a DAW. But, I am kinda iffy about going with the likes of Reaper n all. Which one is the easiest to use in terms of customisation and learning curve?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. x
Whenever I record something in my DAW using my Focusrite 2i2 with an SM57 the track won't pan. When I try to pan the track left or right it stays center panned but becomes muffled and more quiet. I tried it in both Audacity and Reaper and it does the same things for both. Is it something I have...
Does anybody here have experience with Reaper for recording guitar/bass/what have you? My problem is this: I just installed Reaper on my computer in an effort to replace Audacity for recording my guitar, and no matter what I do, I can't seem to get rid of that telltale buzz. Thing is, I can...

Well, as a result of my "ghetto-ish" methods of recording, here's something I came up with, haha.
I used a Rockband microphone I had laying around as a usb microphone to record my guitar, Ezdrummer (as you can probably tell from the...
