    Effect of 18" speaker in standard depth cab?

    Thinking about building a cab for 1x18 - 2x12 speakers but with the depth of a standard 4x12. What tonal characteristics do you think i caould expect from the 18" in a standard depth cab?

    Turn combo into head/cab, how to go about it?

    hey SSO friends. im quite enjoying my peavey stereo chorus combo. since its really not worth anything ive been thinking it would be cool to turn it into a head and cab. can i easily do this and make it so i can switch between mono and stereo on the head AND ALSO the cab? i really dont know what...
